MAKE DO AND MEND!

DARTMOUTH CASTLE - EVERY MONDAY AND TUESDAY DURING AUGUST, INCLUDING THE BANK HOLIDAY.  10.00 AM - 5.00 PM

Non Members: Adults £5.60 / Concession £4.80 / Child £3.30

Each Monday in August come and prepare yourself as adults and children would have done at the outbreak of WW2. Get your identity card and ration book as well as learning about rationing and making your own gas mask box and lots of other things to do but above all ‘Keep Calm’.  Then every Tuesday in August, learn about the different men and women who defended and attacked these shores - find out what the war was like for those at the front and at home!  What was in an American soldiers pack? How would the Home Guard have defended us and was a German soldiers rifle better than the British soldiers?
