Mannings Barn is a self catering holiday cottage is tucked away in the hamlet of Capton, only four miles from Dartmouth and one and a half miles from the village of Dittisham on the River Dart. Set in two acres of gardens and orchard and provides a tranquil setting for an escape to the country.

The tasteful and comfortable accommodation provides a downstairs sitting area and a well equipped kitchen/diner which opens onto the orchard. The utility room has a washer/dryer togethter with facilities for ironing.

An open plan staircase leads to one double bedroom and one twin-bedded room with wardrobes, a bathroom and a second sitting area with TV, video and DVD.
Central heating, electricity, cotton bed-linen and towels are included.

On the west side there is a sunny patio for sitting and al-fresco dining, with lovely views towards the moors. There are many walks to be explored and the garden is ideal for relaxation.

There is a wide range of activities and sightseeing in the local area, and the surrounding villages have pubs full of Devon character, providing a varied choice for eating out.
