Serenity offers a tranquil location in an area of stunning natural beauty and is quietly situated in the heart of the Marina, on the edge of the River Dart. Its large open terrace allows you to sit peacefully beside the waters edge with breath taking views ensuring a truly perfect setting. Individually styled to a very high standard and situated on ground level, the accommodation is beautifully furnished. The attention to detail ensures that you will enjoy your stay from the moment you walk in the door.

Lounge and Dining Area - 37" LCD TV, BOSE surround sound system offering TV, DVD, CD and Radio. The round glass dining table and 4 chairs are ideally positioned to enjoy dining, whilst looking across the River Dart.

Kitchen - Also with view of the Marina and River, double doors open from the dining area into the stunning, fully fitted Poggenpohl kitchen c/w stone worktops, solid oak flooring and built in SMEG appliances, including built in dishwasher, fridge/freezer, 5 ring gas range and oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave and coffee machine.

Master Bedroom suite – Elegantly furnished with King Size bed, LCD TV with DVD. The large en-suite bathroom has a bath, double shower with seat, double sized sink and WC, heated towel rail and under floor heating.

Bedroom 2 – Beautifully furnished with Twin single beds, LCD TV with DVD.

Main Bathroom - Beautifully appointed with bath and shower over, double sized sink and WC, heated towel rail and under floor heating.

Exterior - Accessible from the lounge the extensive terrace has far reaching panoramic views of the River which can be viewed from the comfort of fully cushioned, patio dining chairs and bench seating. The furniture consists of large oval table, 2 reclining carver chairs, 4 further dining chairs and bench.

Ample parking is available to our guests at the rear of the property.
