TOAD HALL lies in the quiet hamlet of Hutcherleigh. Nearest village is Blackawton. It's 15mins from Dartmouth.
TOAD HALL feels like miles from anywhere but is, in fact, close to everything you need for a fabulous holiday

The first thing you'll notice is the beautifully illustrated ceiling. The new kitchen and appliances gleam and the four poster bed beckons warmly. The Log Burner is laid ready for you. On beyond, you get a peep of the modern bathroom and through a curtain, a little bed. Outside you walk under the ancient maple and the weeping beech, look at the distant views, maybe twist an apple off an old apple tree. You feel at home already and return for the delicous Hutcherleigh cake freshly baked for you. Have a lovely stay.
