KINGSWEAR REGATTA

Information

Each year Kingswear Regatta aims to provide a fun, local family weekend, hopefully with something for everyone. At the same time we try to raise money for local charities and organisations. This year we have chosen Froward Point National Coastwatch and the national charity Help for Heroes as our main beneficiaries. The latter is an exception to the local rule but we felt it would prove a popular choice. The Regatta enjoys a unique location with Waterhead Creek providing opportunities for fun and more serious rowing races. Why not have a go yourself ? There are several ‘enter on the day’ events. Jubilee Park itself provides an area of grass where families can picnic and relax, be entertained and allow their children to play safely. Good food, good company and lots of fun are always the order of the day!
