Information
This Architectural Jewel is excellently situated on the old medieval route into Dartmouth with far reaching views over the town and out to sea and renowned as being the narrowest house in Dartmouth. The facade is dated 1629 with exquisite carvings created in an era steeped in the towns Naval and shipbuilding history.
Originally an entrance and annex to Mount Galpine House, the home of the Holdsworth family, the house was completely renovated a few years ago to a standard of exceptional quality.
The house is within a few minutes walking distance of the town centre and has the benefit of a private parking space and a southerly facing sitting area adjacent to the old road of Clarence Hill.
