Situated in the picturesque seaside village of Torcross in South Devon, No. 4 Lily Terrace is an elegant three-storey house with superb views over water from both front and back. The house accommodates six/seven persons and is available for weekly lets throughout the year.

No. 4 Lily Terrace boasts two stunning double sea-view rooms that overlook the beach, and one twin bedroom that overlooks the Ley. Both double rooms can accommodate an extra bed or a cot, both of which are provided. There is a huge family bathroom with a large tub, and a second bathroom equipped with a double width power shower.

Outside - The house boasts two decks: The front deck overlooks the beach and is perfect for sunny breakfasts, sun lounging and family BBQ's. The rear deck is equally lovely and is a great place to relax in the evenings with a glass of wine as you watch the sunset behind the Ley.
