Recommended in the Lonely Planet Guide & The Sunday Observer Newspaper, we are a small and friendly B & B, centrally located with ON-SITE PARKING!

Enjoy our wonderful breakfasts, which are cooked to order using local produce wherever possible, served to you at your individual table in our dining room which overlooks our award winning floral displays, - (we are delighted to have been "Britain in Bloom" Prize Winners for the last 7 years ).

We offer Double or Twin bedded en-suite rooms, all of which are well equipped with digital TV/DVD, radio alarm clock, mini-fridge, hospitality tray, hairdryer, bath robes etc., plus, many 'personal touches' to ensure you have a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

We are a true 5 minute walk to the River Dart, restaurants shops, galleries etc. and have on-site, off-road parking for all of our guests.

We are pleased to offer discounts for stays of 4 nights and more and also offer a special weekly discounted rate.

If you are arriving by Public Transport - we will happily meet you and return you to Totnes Train station, (which is Dartmouth's nearest main line station and is a 25 minutes drive away), for stays of 7 nights.

We have arranged for a 25% discount off green fees & leisure facilities at Dartmouth Golf & Country Club (just a 10 minute drive away).
We also have secure storage for bicycles and offer drying room facilities (hopefully not needed !) for walkers etc.
