Easter Break at Dart Marina

Dart Marina Hotel & Spa is in a wonderful Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the list of things to do at Easter is a long one; walk along the River through ancient woodlands, a cruise out to the mouth of the River Dart or up River to Totnes, miles of country lanes to explore and soft sandy beaches made for sandcastle building. Then back to the Hotel, maybe a Spa treat, but whatever you do you’ll not want to miss the views from our beautiful, newly opened River Restaurant! Information
These are exciting times at Dart Marina – we have just completed the first stage of our plans to ensure that we deliver the best possible hospitality for many years to come. The first seven beautifully redesigned rooms have just been completed and there are seven more in the hands of the interiors team. John O’Dwyer, who we have worked with for the last five years, is working his magic as always with soft natural tones and comfort at the heart of each room.
Work has also started on our new dining experience and during the next few winter months we will start to see this wonderful new venue taking shape – when completed, the river views will be magnificent and we can’t wait for it to be ready for Spring 2012. Guests staying with us will be able to see progress and we are on hand to answer any questions (there may be a chance to see the drawings too to whet the appetite!).
Talking of appetite, Tom Woods, our Head Chef, and his team continue to celebrate the mellow, warm flavours the season, and use local ingredients from the South Hams to expertly and carefully create incredible dishes.
During January, when work is underway at the Hotel, we have created some fabulous offers to stay with us – the warm welcome, excellent service and superb food will be of the same high standards that bring guests back to us year after year.
