With chef, Richard Hilson and his long serving team still in firm control of the kitchen Jan and Freddies have moved to a new and more inclusive brasserie menu
The fine dining dishes sit comfortably alongside our more casual brasserie style offerings, all equally to the standard of our two AA rosettes and our Michelin entry.
Whether you can manage just one course or feel like a full meal this is the place to be.
