Information
Washbourne House is situated halfway between the historic towns of Dartmouth and Totnes in the hamlet of Washbourne.
Light and spacious - the house has a large living/dining room, well equipped kitchen and also a downstairs loo and separate shower room. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (one double, one twin and one single with a pull out truckle bed) and a family bathroom with shower connected to the taps.
The house has oil fired central heating along with a woodburner in the living room.
Outside is a secure garden with large lawn and patio area.
Plenty of parking.
