The South West Coast Path is a 630 mile stretch of superb coastline throughout the South West of England – and Dartmouth is on its doorstep! The Coast Path itself is the longest National Trail in the country, it follows the entire south coast of Devon from Plymouth to Lyme Regis. From Dartmouth you can explore some of the most beautiful and dramatic sections of the South West Coast Path – from the River Dart Estuary to Start Point and the stunning lighthouse.
The Coast Path area in Dartmouth offers 35 Walks within 10 miles of Dartmouth – 9 easy, 19 moderate and 7 challenging walks depending on our ability and distance you want to cover.
Their website has an interactive map you can use to find the best walk for you – whether it be a full day out exploring with the dog, or a quick coastal walk to the local pub.
