All walks are FREE and led by trained volunteer walk leaders, who are always looking for new walkers to join them!
Start times and locations vary so please see our programme which can be picked up from the TIC or by visiting www.walkingforhealth.org.uk
Level 1 – gentle strolls on level paths for beginners (approx 1 hour)
Level 2 – some slopes, a bit more strenuous, for improvers (approx 1-1.5 hours)
Level 3 – more challenging countryside walks if you are feeling fit (approx 1.5-2 hours)
All walkers are asked to complete a health questionnaire before their first walk, please arrive a few minutes before the walk in order to do this. For more information about the walks please contact Mrs Ronnie Salmon, Dartmouth Volunteer Walk leader 07943 659752
