Devon is a place of contrasts. Here in the South Hams lies the charming, maritime town of Dartmouth surrounded by many small villages. Coastal villages like Kingswear, Stoke Fleming, Strete, Slapton and Beesands and countryside retreats such as Dittisham, Stoke Gabriel and Tuckenhay can all be found on Dartmouth’s doorstep.

Dartmouth also has a number of larger towns and villages which can be found nearby. Totnes can be found upriver from Dartmouth and has a fascinating history. To the west you’ll find the coastal towns of Kingsbridge and Salcombe whilst to the east lies the seaside towns of Brixham, Paignton and Torquay.
